A Garden Full of Pride

Help me give my students planter boxes filled with rainbow pinwheels and live colorful plants to celebrate our Students of the Month.

My Project

Our school has a Student of the Month Program, where we acknowledge and celebrate individual achievement. The Student of the Month helps create a culture of learning that values academic success, as well as elevates awareness of student contributions to the learning environment. We currently only provide a certificate and a pencil as a reward. Additionally, the entrance of our school has four planter boxes that are filled with dirt and are uninviting. The goal of this project is to celebrate these students all year long and beautify the entrance of our school as well.

My project would celebrate the Students of the Month by recognizing each of them with a rainbow pinwheel inscribed with their name and grade level that they will place in the planter boxes filled with colorful plants and flowers for all to see.

The students will watch as the flowers and plants grow, and our pride in their growth is seen with the number of colorful pinwheels added each month.
