Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Some of our essential classroom supplies are running low at this time in the school year. We are in need of these supplies to get us through to the end of the year. Eraser pencil tops are a hit in our class! Pencil erasers wear away rather quickly, so these eraser tops will help us keep our pencil supply lasting longer. Kids love using pencils with fresh erasers! A new stapler with some staples, as well as paper clips, will be a wonderful addition to our classroom. We have student leaders who help out with collecting work, so they could keep a stapler, extra staples, and paper clips at their collection station for help with organizing student work. Ink is a major necessity in our classroom. We are constantly printing "on the go" resources to use in our lessons.

Last but not least, we need a little bit of fun in our classroom!

So the beach balls will be used for our students in their end of the year celebration. The beach balls will become a souvenir of our classroom and classmates. Each child will get their own beach ball to gather the autographs of their classmates. They love this idea when it is presented to them.
