Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Dual Language program gives students the tools to become bilingual and bi-literate individuals in both English and Spanish. Not only do they learn to speak in both languages, but they are also learning to read and write. They receive instruction in two languages on a daily basis.

In addition to ensuring that they are receiving instruction in both languages that meets the standards, it is important that they have opportunities to complete fun projects.

The new laminator will come in handy in making the games and centers durable. Students will be able to play with these multiple times without them falling apart. In addition, the laminator will be used in multiple personal student projects throughout the year.

Items such as the dusters and baby wipes will helps us create an environment that is clean and organized and thus, welcoming to the class.
