This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a kindergarten teacher with a classroom full of bright, happy faces eager to learn. There are some things missing in our classroom.

Of course all materials are provided for the students, but in order for the classroom to run smoothly everything has to have a place and we are in need of storage for table supplies.

We would love to have some removable under the table storage bins (shelves). I would really appreciate some assistance in acquiring classroom shelves or containers for books and materials.

My Project

We are in need of supplies so that our class can continue to run smoothly. We need sentence strips to help us with language areas and storage bins for our books and papers. We need all these materials everyday. Our classroom uses lots of sentences strips to help with concepts in language arts and math. My students also use them for writing and sorting different activities that are being done in the classroom. The supply bins will be place on the students table to help keep things organized and within their reach so table work is not a struggle for them.
