Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am thrilled to create a Do-It-Yourself "Smart" Board for my classroom, which will serve to enhance visual learning. The items I've requested—such as a document camera, a drawing and writing tablet, and a mini projector—will transform traditional lessons into dynamic, engaging experiences. The document camera will allow me to project handwritten notes and visual aids in real-time. The multimedia presentations will support students by making learning more visually captivating and accessible.

Helping my English Language Learners, including those who are new to the country, is at the heart of this project.

My students are special because they show incredible enthusiasm and potential, despite the challenges they've face. With these tools, I aim to create a classroom environment where they can thrive, express their creativity, and grasp complex concepts more effectively. My goal is to foster an engaging learning atmosphere that supports their unique needs and celebrates their diverse strengths.
