My Project

In the spring, our School Artists are heading to the museum. 7th grade will be visiting the Guggenheim Museum and 8th grade classes will be visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Students will be viewing exhibits based on our curriculum.

Spring time is the busiest time of the year for school trips so we need to stand out so we can stick together!

For many students, this will be their first time seeing the works of art we've learned about in class up close and personal. Students will use the sketchbooks to take notes and draw their own versions the master works in the museums. Most museums do not allow for large bags to be brought into the museum so these smaller drawstring will carry the necessities and even a little snack.

Please help us make our Day at the Museum a great success.
