Help me give my students a new paper cutter in the art classroom.

My Project
The use of a paper cutter is almost a daily activity in my classroom. I use a paper cutter to cut down paper for all our projects of various sizes. Using the paper cutter in art allows students to have creative license in the size of their project. The current paper cutter allows me to cut down large sheets of paper into the size my students need. The problem with the current paper cutter is it is massive, it is a 36 x 36 paper cutter. When trying to cut paper into sizes smaller than 12inches it becomes cumbersome because it will shift the paper and make it difficult to get a precision cut. We have been making it work with what we have but by having a new paper cutter I will have to fight less and waste less paper because I will be able to get the cut right the first time and students will be happy to have paper with clean straight edges.
By donating to our project you will be helping to create quality artwork for budding young artists.
Not only do students feel more invested in their artwork because their paper isn’t lopsided, I will also be able to do my job more swiftly and effectively.
More than half of students from low‑income households
