My Students

I have such a wonderful group of five and six year olds in my class! They are happy to be at school, eager to help out in any way, and full of fun.

My class is made up of 19 incredible little learners.

They are so polite and caring towards one another. My students get along very well together and I love their natural love for learning. I feel so thankful that I get to be their teacher this year!

My Project

I want my kindergartners to have a cozy place in our classroom to be able to curl up and read.

I believe an inviting and organized classroom library is the center of a kindergarten classroom.

By having two file cabinets of the same size, I will create an area between the cabinets for my students to be able to go inside and read. I will decorate this reading nook with curtains, pillows, and a light. This will be a reward for the students in my class.

My hope is to encourage children to keep reading and to love and have fun reading!
