My Project

How will the specific items you’re requesting make a difference in their learning?

The items I’m requesting will create a more organized, engaging, and focused learning environment.

The storage box will keep task cards for small group instruction organized, allowing for smoother transitions and more effective small group work. The privacy folders will provide each student with a personal, distraction-free space during independent work, helping them stay focused and allowing for equal participation. The dry erase boards and markers will ensure that every student can actively engage in lessons, practice their skills, and demonstrate their understanding without waiting for shared materials. Lastly, the coat rack will provide an organized space for students’ belongings, ensuring a tidy classroom that promotes a sense of order and comfort.

What are your goals for this project?

My goal is to create a classroom environment where every student feels supported, focused, and ready to learn. By providing the tools they need to be organized, independent, and engaged, I hope to foster an atmosphere of collaboration and personal growth. This project will help ensure that all students have equal access to resources and a conducive learning space, allowing them to thrive both academically and socially.

What makes your students special?

My students are incredibly resilient, creative, and eager to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds and face various challenges, yet they approach each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to do their best. They support one another, show kindness, and bring their unique perspectives to our classroom community. Their determination and excitement for learning are what make them truly special, and I want to provide them with the tools and environment they deserve to succeed.
