Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom is composed of 3rd to 5th-grade students with special needs. These students belong to lower-income families and consist of two 3rd graders, three 4th graders, and three 5th graders. Despite their academic challenges, my students love learning new things and enjoy working with each other. They also love working on their computer devices for their online tasks.

My Project

My classroom is composed of diverse learners with special needs. Currently, my students are receiving some of their learning tasks from their online learning platform.

My students love working and practicing their math skills virtually as it provides them with engaging activities and manipulatives.

They also love working on their reading tasks virtually as it provides them with interactive activities and meaningful visuals to assist in their comprehension.

These pieces of equipment will be used to help them access their online tasks better as the headphones will provide them with personalized audio while the mouse will help them access the content easily.
