My Project

My sixth-grade students need a space where they can relax and recharge when necessary. They also need a space to converse and connect with their fellow classmates. This furniture in my "calm down corner" satisfies both needs.

A space where students can connect or recharge is essential in any classroom.

My students need a space that adjusts to their new and sometimes confusing emotions. These chairs and floor seats will provide a safe space to decompress and reflect on their behavior.

A child's social-emotional well-being is crucial to their learning. A place where my students can unwind and positive peer relationships can flourish in an inclusive and healthy classroom environment is welcomed.
