My Project

My classroom library is filled with many wonderful books that my students are interested in. This includes books like Dogman, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and The Hunger Games. I teach many students who are English learners and need the opportunity to read books. It is stated that when students read, they are acquiring new vocabulary, exposure to conventions, and are growing their mind. Reading is crucial as an English teacher, especially since we live in a world where students are not reading. They are looking at their phones and Chromebooks more. On these devices, they play games. However, I would like my students to read instead of being on technology, but at the moment, students do not have a comfortable space to sit.

Therefore, by acquiring these moon chairs, students will be able to sit and read in the library in order to expand their knowledge through a book.

A moon chair is the perfect addition to our library space, offering a comfortable and inviting seating option for students who love to read, learn, and explore. The unique design of the moon chair allows students to relax in a cozy seat that makes it ideal for reading conditions. By adding moon chairs to the classroom library, a flexible and calm space that invites students to sit, relax, and dive into books will create a great setting! This will allow students to choose where they feel most comfortable and productive. I know that the moon chairs will automatically encourage my students to read!
