Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are sweet, welcoming, kind, and caring. They are always willing to help each other as much as possible and love to celebrate each other’s achievements and differences.

99% of my students are English language learners, 100% of my students are considered at risk due to their low socioeconomic status.

My classroom is a diverse environment where every culture is celebrated, loved, and respected.

During this pandemic, I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on my teaching and the things that would help my students feel safer in the classroom .

My Project

With covid cases only increasing in our area, it is so important for us to keep a clean and clutter free classroom. The materials I am requesting will help us keep our room tidy.

We will be returning to school soon and I want to use one of the rolling carts to store cleaning supplies and create a little sanitizing station where each of my students can get up one at a time and take what they need to keep their areas clean.

Due to the pandemic all the teacher desk where taken out of our room so the drawer cart would come in handy in our classroom.

Your contribution to our project would allow us to return to an organize and clean classroom free of clutter.
