My Project

My prek students are loving, happy but sometimes emotional. I want to be able to provide them with a learning environment that caters to the social and emotional needs.

My students need social and emotional support while being in a classroom filled with many opportunities to enhance learning.

I will use the social emotional charts, claiming materials such as fidget toys and hands on toys to help take a break to claim down when needed. I want to provide a calming corner to proved support when a child needs to express how they are feeling.

I also want to provide a classroom full of resources that will give off a colorful and happy learning environment. This to will help a child feel supported. I will use the boarders, letters, colors and numbers to set up my classroom so that my students will be able to have many ways to look and learn. I will use the classroom helpers chart to give them a sense of importance in our classroom family environment. I want only what’s best for my prek students to get a head start of many years to come. For most children this is their first learning experience outside the home. My goal is to provide them with a best experience as possible.
