My Project

A vast majority of my students are from low-income homes with little social emotional support. The goal of my program is to enable me to provide my students with tools that equip them on how to deal with their emotions and how to respond to conflicts better.

My students come from many different backgrounds and face many different challenges.

Sadly, some have even lost family members and friends since Covid-19.

Scholars have difficulty learning if their social emotional needs are not met. It is critical that we provide my students with the tools they need to manage challenges, discover and utilize coping strategies, and find overall peace.

Mrs. Edwards Bunche Middle School Grades 6-8
