My Students

My students are creative, clever, and very spontaneous. My focus from the minute they walk in the door of my classroom is on their potential and growth while they are with me. I love that I can control their experience during the school day in a positive manner. By doing this in a creative and positive way, I am hoping to inspire even our earliest learners to continue on a path of academic excellence. My students are an astounding group of children.

They come in every day excited to learn and to see what fun activities we are going to do together.

Many of my students come from very little and don’t always have what they need for that day. There are many students in our Title I school and getting supplies for each one of them can sometimes be a challenge.

My Project

My students are a hard-working bunch. We are just getting back to the classroom and as much as we want things to be normal, they just aren't. My students need reusable water bottles because our water fountains are turned off due to COVID-19 precautions. Many students come from low-income homes and cannot afford to bring their own water bottles.

Hands-on learning is so important.

Please help give my students some shrink film as well as Sharpies for some STEM projects we have planned for the future. We also need spinners and dice for each student because sharing manipulatives isn't an option anymore due to COVID.

Last but not least, we want to bring some fun to the classroom. We are asking for items to help make crafts for Mother's Day and the end of the year.
