My Project

I have a wonderful class of energetic Kindergarteners. Most of my students come from low-income households. Some of them rarely get a gift to call their own.

For this project I am asking for a few toys and a coloring book and crayons to add to a gift from me of a hat and mittens.

Included in this project are a fun pop fidget bracelet to help calm them and a mini drawing board to write their letters on or to draw fun pictures. I am also including a coloring book and crayons, as many of them don't have their own crayons at home. My class this year has shown an interest in art activities, especially coloring.

I have added an extra classroom item to this project in an effort to spruce up my student's learning space. The nameplate sleeves that I have requested hold their personalized nametags. These nametags help them write their names and provide them with a closeup alphabet and numeral writing tool.

I am always trying to give my students a little extra happiness. My hope is that these bags will help me do just that.
