My Project

My second graders are bright, curious, and full of energy! They love working together and sharing ideas. Every day, I see their excitement to learn, but I also see the challenges when our classroom furniture doesn’t match their big ideas. Traditional desks often limit movement, collaboration, and flexibility. My students deserve a space that supports the way they learn best—together.

To help my students thrive, I am requesting another table and scoop rockers for reading.

These items will transform our classroom into a space where students can:

Gather around tables to brainstorm, create, and problem-solve as a team.

Choose flexible seating that allows them to sit comfortably, focus, and feel empowered.

Engage in hands-on learning with room to spread out materials and collaborate.

These workspaces will encourage communication, creativity, and cooperation. These are skills that are essential for both school and life.
