My Project

Our students need books with amazing up-to-date illustrations and photos to excite their interest in the world around them. My goal is to ensure that our nonfiction shelves contain books that are current and relevant to grow their curiosity about the world around them.

These books will directly support students in grades 3–5 by matching their reading levels and personal interests.

They cover a wide range of engaging topics and are built to withstand regular use in our library collection. By adding these updated titles and removing outdated ones, we’ll significantly improve the relevance and accuracy of our nonfiction section by bringing our collection up to date with current publishing standards.
