My Project
Throughout the year we have been adding to our garden area. The students love to go in this area and look at the vegetables growing. They also enjoy raking and playing in the dirt. As the year has progressed, we have noticed we need a few more items to make this area a place where they can enjoy nature.
Gardening can help children develop fine and gross motor skills, strength, and coordination.
It can help children develop communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
I am so excited to provide these items for all of our kindergarten students! They will love the chairs and garden decor! I am hoping we get a lot of humming birds with the feeder. This will truly be a place where they can explore and enjoy nature!
