My Project

My little Transitional Kindergarteners are enthusiastic about learning! Many of them are starting their very first school experience this year. My goal is to help them grow in all developmental areas in fun, engaging, play-based ways. They love to move, create, listen to stories and make new friends.

Young learners thrive in environments rich with hands-on and play-based materials.

Interactive resources not only engage their curiosity but also promote essential skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity. By incorporating play into our curriculum, we help prepare our students for the structured learning they will encounter with later years in school, making the transition smoother and more enjoyable.

The Excellerations large light panel and various translucent materials will significantly enhance my TK students' learning experiences by encouraging hands-on exploration and creativity. The light table will allow them to engage with letters, numbers, colors and shapes in an interactive way, fostering their critical thinking, fine motor and sensory development.

Pairing the translucent manipulatives with the light panel will help them visualize concepts such as patterns and spatial relationships, making abstract ideas more concrete and accessible. I know our little people will want to use the light panel table all the time. Your support can make a meaningful difference in their educational journey which is just beginning!
