My Project

I work really hard to make my classroom a space where learning can be enjoyable.

Part of what can make it more enjoyable is being able to get up and move around.

Therefore, the clipboards will be particularly useful when we listen to a podcasts. They will also be useful when students just need a break from the 4 walls. The clipboards will make it more enjoyable for them to work in the hallway. This gives them autonomy, but also helps them stay on task.

I also think that having a nice space can be key to a good learning environment. Therefore, the materials for cleaning the whiteboard should help improve the space for my students.

The "I voted today" stickers are for our final project day. On that day, the vote for who they thought was the "top lobbyist" in the class. I thought it would be fun to give them "I voted" stickers to help them see the link to the real world.

Finally, we learn not to give feedback in red because we don't want students to think of the feedback as aggressive. A new set of grading pens will help me to give them effective feedback.
