My Project

I am a 1st/2nd grade Specialized Academic Instruction teacher at an Elementary School in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. I request for this donation to help me bring in sensory toys into my classroom . This will help my students with focus, emotional regulation, and teach coping strategies to manage stressful situations. My student population needs small group learning centers and differentiated instruction . Their day can feel overwhelming with lots of big emotions . Having the sensory toys that they can use to calm down their anxiety will help them to navigate their day into a more positive experience and help with life skills and growth. All of your contributions will mean a lot to me and my little learner friends to embark on year long journey of learning and growth
