My Project

I teach a wonderful group of 2nd graders in a small community in the Bay Area. They are eager to learn and love coming to school each day. I truly enjoy being their teacher. I often use a valuable resource called Teachers Pay Teachers to supplement their learning with a high quality materials created by fellow teachers. This is a great site to search and download many different kinds of educational tools to enhance our 2nd grade curriculum. The only downside is that it often costs money to download the files, which comes out of my own pocket.

A gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers would allow me to seek out the very best materials available that have been created by credentialed teachers.

I could use this in all subject areas, and I know my students would love these engaging resources.

Additionally, they are continuing to develop their creativity through art. These metallic paints from Blick are a student favorite, and I can't wait to see how they express themselves with this new medium!
