My Project

My little Transitional Kindergarteners are enthusiastic about learning! Many of them are starting their very first school experience this year. My goal is to help them grow in all developmental areas in fun and engaging ways. They love to move, sing, listen to stories and make new friends.

Play is an essential part of early learning.

As children play, they are developing the necessary cognitive, social-emotional, and physical skills they will need to be successful in school and into adulthood.

As I build this new TK program, my hope is to soon have all the necessary materials to meet the needs of my current and future students. One important area that requires further attention is the psychomotor program. My little growing students need a wide variety of motor activities to help them develop and thrive.

The Adventure Course obstacle course set and 24-foot parachute would be wonderful additions to my growing classroom. These items would help my active, young students build important foundational skills such as gross motor, teamwork, critical thinking and following directions, which are essential for learning and growth.
