My Project

In Kindergarten it is always better to teach in small groups instead of working with the whole class. By having centers I get a chance to work with a smaller group of kids while the other students learn to work independently. The items on my list are items that are always used during our center time to help keep the students working on their own. The individual CD players allow students to listen to stories independently. The headphones with microphones are used to work with the iPads in class and allow for recording their work which I can then listen to later. The playdough and hole punches are used in my fine motor centers to build the hand muscles that will aide students in their writing control. All of these items will help the students with their work while I am working with a small group.
