My Project
After a wonderful career in banking, I am a starting a new journey as a Financial Algebra teacher! The purpose of my first DonorsChoose request is to ensure all of my students have access to the very basic tools they need to be successful in class.
Preparing students to have healthy financial lives is a lifelong gift.
Coming into a classroom with extra supplies helps ensure every student has the tools they need to participate, engage and learn.
Eliminating barriers of access to classroom supplies will ensure students are ready to put their minds to work when class starts, and that they have the tools outside of class as well. From extra pencils, soft tissues, tape for projects, white board markers for group problem solving and more, these supplies will help students be successful on a daily basis.
