My Project
I teach 5th and 6th grade special education, ELA and reading intervention! I plan to use these supplies to build a classroom environment where students are able to empower themselves through reading, creativity, and incorporating social-emotional skills into everyday ELA lessons. While we utilize a set curriculum, I love to give my student chances to express their creative sides through our daily lessons and activities.
By donating to this project, you are assisting in helping students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. My kiddos are constantly asking for the opportunity to show their knowledge through untraditional methods, such as making music, using art and drawings, etc. My students would be beyond thankful for anything you are willing to contribute.
