This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This September I will be joining 25 first-graders as they continue their educational journey!
Book boxes will help that journey be a little more organized along the way!
When you have a classroom full of six year olds, organization is key to a successful year. Each student will receive their own special book box that will assist them in maintaining their own materials on a daily basis. Students will have their writing journals, math journals, and reading books to corral in a limited space, but it's achievable with book boxes.
The book boxes will also have a clear label which will allow for a small photo of each student to be included on the front, so they always know which book box is theirs.
