My students are awesome people who are truly impressed by a non-traditional classroom filled with flexible seating options. Many other kids, from other teams, stop by and peek in to say they wish their classroom looked like ours. Flexible seating options make learning more comfortable.
Everyone who has sat through a long meeting knows the importance of comfortable seating. Our kids are sitting most of the day and they deserve to be able to move on a yoga ball or lounge on a beach chair or bean bag chair. We even have a small couch. Our older tall table has been used every day for four years by middle school students and it is falling apart. This new table would replace our current one.
