My students work so hard throughout the whole year. Some times it is nice to reward them all for all their hard work at efforts with a fun, classroom transformation.
I would love to give them a fun filled day with games, challenges and crafts all GLOW THEMED.
With this my students will be using all their glow in the dark materials to play games, build, and complete challenges. These challenges will include: bowling, jenga, number sense dice slide and roll, building sight words from glow sticks, cotton balls, play dough and pipe cleaners. Making and understanding number bonds with glow in the dark tape and plates. Of course we'll be throwing in a DANCE PARTY or two.
My students love to learn and what better way to enhance their learning with this themed transformation day that will be a full hands on learning experience.
