My Project

My students have been working very hard this school year to become fluent readers. We meet as a small group each day and practice different reading and phonics skills to improve our reading. We will use the magnetic letters, magnetic wands, magnetic chips, Roll A Word, mirrors, and colored Guided Reading Strips to learn letter sounds.

I recently attended a reading training and learned multiple new strategies to help my students become more successful with reading.

I would love to be able to utilize the new strategies I've learned to help students who require some intervention. Students will not even realize they are learning when using these fun, new materials during guided reading groups!
