This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The need for material in the classroom is never ending. Every year we go through so many supplies that the amount of money provided by the district never covers what we need, unfortunately. I am grateful for DonorsChoose where you can get help for your classroom. As teachers, we appreciate any help because spending out of our pockets also seems inevitable. I am just asking for supplies that are essential for teaching 7th grade math.

I am just starting my 6th year teaching 7th grade math and every year I try my best to always get what I need for my students.

I have used DonorsChoose once and those supplies were so useful that I saved so much money if I had bought things by myself throughout the year.

Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
