Deeper Learning About Animals

My Project

My first graders love hands-on learning! This project combines art and science as the students will use this new resources to research animal adaptations and then create their own animal using the art materials. With these wonderful resources, my students will be able to learn all about why animals adapt and connect it to their lives.

They will use the art materials to be able to create their own animal with its' specific adaptations.

We will then host other other classrooms and parents to come visit us in our "First Grade Zoo" The first graders will become Zoologists as they explain their animal and its adaptations.
