Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students' favorite time of day is snack time! I'm almost sure if they could have it at any time of the day they would. I like to encourage my students to bring a snack for the end of the day, but many of them are not able to. All students at this school receive free breakfast and lunch every day, and they used to get a healthy snack at the end of the day. Now that that is no longer provided, I would love to provide my students with a snack at the end of the day.

Food is not something a student should ever have to worry about attaining.

Along with the healthy snacks, I have included some candy for incentives and snacks for our end of the month parties that the students look forward to every month.
