My Project
The specific books I am requesting will make a difference in my students' learning by providing diverse reading materials that foster a love of reading, enhance literacy skills, and expose students to different cultures, ideas, and perspectives. My goal for this project is to create a rich classroom library that supports students of all reading levels, encourages critical thinking, and promotes empathy through exposure to a wide range of genres and voices. What makes my students special is their diversity in backgrounds, interests, and learning styles, which makes it essential to have books that reflect and engage their unique perspectives, helping them feel valued and motivated to learn.
