My Students

Kindergarten is such an important and pivotal year in a child's life. It is a year full of excitement and a lot of growth. It is a year filled with learning how to share, how to communicate, how to count and how to read.

My students are eager, energetic and very curious to learn about the world around them.

They love to jump, sing, play and dance. Their abilities and needs range from just learning the English Language to being beginning readers. However, no matter their abilities we are a family and they strive to do their best every day.

My Project

This year, my students have created robotic teams through Wonder Workshop to complete various missions to code Dash & Dot. My students will design solutions to real world science and technology challenges.

They will develop problem solving and creativity skills, learn about issues facing the world around them, and build meaningful relationships with their peers.

These robots will give my students the opportunity to collaborate, design, and engineer creations of their imagination. They will be able to see their code come to life in a real-world, hands-on way. What better way to learn to code than by actually doing and seeing? These robots will ignite my students' curiosity to learn how to code.

While learning to code, my students will be practicing the essential skills of collaboration, communication and digital literacy.
