My Students

My intensive special needs class of 12 students includes a wonderful group of children who enjoy music, movement and fun-filled learning. We are a combined class of ages and abilities.

This joyful group is unified by a love for activities that stimulate the senses including auditory , tactile and visual.

Our team of paraprofessionals and specialists works hard to address the intensive challenges of each unique child.

My Project

Students with special abilities and in need of special tools in order to engage their interests and promote learning. Our team of paraprofessionals and specialists works hard to address the intensive challenges of each unique child. This light table will become a pivotal piece in opening a new path to learning and engagement that many of my students have not experienced. With the medium of colored lights, student will find calm and interest and from that place of comfort self directed learning and exploration can begin. Please consider supporting my endeavor to open this new opportunity for my intensive 1/2 grade students.
