For the first time in Amundsen's history, students this school year were able to take a Graphic Arts class.
While being remote, our diverse and ambitious students were able to create powerful digital illustrations and designs on their laptops.
By popular demand, we will be growing the program by offering 5 Graphic Arts classes next year. As we continue to shift back to in-person learning, it will be critical to make their digital works come to life.
My Project
Growing the graphic arts program next year requires a variety of design technology. Once all students return in-person I'm going to create even more engaging projects so they get hands-on experience into various design fields.
This vinyl cutter will allow students to create many different kinds of finished products, including custom signs, decals, 3D objects, and so much more!
I'm so excited to support bringing their creations to the next level! The vinyl cutter and accessories will allow students to be proud of their work and gain valuable 21st technology skills.
