Help me give my students a new set of incentives. Supplies are running dry and we are trying to stay motivated through state testing, classroom testing, and just end-of-the-year craziness!
My school has an above 96% poverty level and most kids do not have access to the things we take for granted. My students work hard and never give up. We have adopted the power of "yet." This means we do not say, "I can't," we say, "I can't do it yet!"
I would like to give my students the classroom they deserve.
I would love to transform our class into a place they will never forget. We are already working with well below low budgets and there is no room for "extra items". Please help my classroom become magical.

My Project
Help us replenish and push through our final weeks. My group is very diverse and we have many SPED on top of the students who are struggling in the pandemic alone. I would like to bring new items into our class to reward our students. This year has been tough and now that we are in the final stretch we are trying to finish strong. All year we have had incentives for hard work and ell the cupboard is running empty. I asked my students what items they would like to see and these are the top items. We will use the stickers and small toys for prizes for students who have good behavior, helping others as well as grades. We will use the pocket chart to hold our electronic accessories in an organized manner and the pencil holder for our classroom pencils. The calendar will be to plan the new year of course!
