My Students

My students come from a low income area. About 80% of the students in my school are eligible for free or reduced lunches. My students are always eager to learn new things but are easily distracted because they have no space.

My Project

I am asking for these smaller desks so my students can have their own personal space. These desks will allow my students to work in groups, independently, and feel less cramped.

Cramped classrooms make learning difficult.

These desks will allow free- movement for my students. Sometimes students need to stretch or they just simply need their own space. Having 34 students in my classroom together can feel claustrophobic. Having these desks will give us the ability to spread out as needed so our students can have a safe and fun learning environment.
