This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our level 1+ school serves students in grades K-8 and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers and a safe learning environment. As a result, we are consistently sending our eighth graders to selective enrollment schools every year. The students are responsible for their own learning, which also prepares them for the future.
Our goal is to prepare our students for success in high school and college, as well as their future careers!
The students will benefit from these resources to help them connect with the world around them.
My Project
The resources on Teachers Pay Teachers are already differentiated for skills that will be beneficial for the different academic gaps that kids are experiencing.
These resources will be easily accessible for students at home and at school.
Students will all feel successful because the skills will be leveled appropriately. With students always being in front of the screen it is important to keep the engagement fresh and new.
I am hoping to boost confidence for each student and help every child work more independently. When students feel more confident they thoroughly enjoy learning.
