My Project

Our classroom is made up of many diverse learners as we are an Integrated Co-teaching classroom. Something that I know my students would benefit from is a kidney table for small group instruction. When sitting at a kidney table, students are able to create a sense of unity and community with the teacher in the center of the table and the students spread around. The desks that we have in our classroom do not provide that when pulling my students for small groups. A kidney table also allows the teacher to have easy access to the students' work to provide help quickly and efficiently.

With this kidney table, I know that my students will thrive in small groups through a sense of community and closeness!

I also put in a pencil sharpener as we really need one as well! Thank you so much!
