My Project

I just came back from a 6 month maternity leave and came to my 4th grade classroom, where do not have many supplies! Our students really need incentives to help them succeed in our classroom that they can earn through good behavior. I have noticed that they love earning prizes and snacks when they exhibit positive behaviors throughout the day and week. Many people always ask teachers, how do you manage your classrooms? As crazy as this is, snacks and prizes are a huge motivator for our kids.

These snacks and prizes something that will really motivate them to do well in our classroom through following directions the first time, completing their work and being kind to each other.
