Scholars in the fourth grade at RSC School have been working hard all year. We decided to implement a different type of reward system this year. Instead of doing dojo points, we use bonus bucks. This is fake money that scholars can earn for positive behaviors as well as classroom jobs. Scholars also created their own business and sold their product to the third graders. The third graders had a chance to shop with the fourth graders and use bonus bucks. Each scholar had their own individual business set up. They had to create their own business plan and become an entrepreneur. Scholars also had to budget their money throughout the school year. Every month they had a chance to shop at our classroom stores. The auction is a bigger event and only happens once each quarter. We appreciate your help in donating items that the scholars will love and are eager to purchase with their hard earned money.
