Let's Go To Kindergarten Ready

Help me give my students the opportunity to be "Ready for Kindergarten" by providing them with a "Transition to Kindergarten Backpack". The backpack will include literacy and math activities.

My Students

Due to the COVID-19, my students have been out of school since early March and will continue to be out for the rest of the school year. A lot of my families are struggling with completing the work assignments on line.

My Project

The backpack includes activities in literacy and math that will help my students achieve school readiness skills. The materials included will help enhance their knowledge and skills to prepare for Kindergarten. The backpack will give the families the opportunity to work with their children without the stress of having to work on-line. The materials will be fun for my students and their families as they get to review math and literacy flash cards, play educational games, read a book etc. The backpack also gives families a guide to follow when using the materials. The students can also do independent learning which is GREAT!
