Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 4th-grade reading, writing, and social studies. My students keep telling me they need offices so they can tune out anything but their thoughts. Because writing is so important in 4th grade, we would love to have these for our independent writing and testing times.
Writers often need to be alone with their thoughts to create a masterpiece.
The writers in my class want this and ask for this each time we write. I want them to have this as well so that all their amazing thoughts can explode into beautiful writing.
My Project
My students want privacy offices for when they write and take tests. These are super important times to concentrate and do their best work. They keep asking me about them so I promised to do my best. They are a bit costly, however, so we wanted to ask our friends for help.
My students want to spend time with just their thoughts during writing, testing, and independent work.
I appreciate your generosity in helping us secure these offices. My students will be so happy to receive these. You just might be helping a future famous author get going on an amazing career. Thank you for supporting our 4th-grade class!
