My Students

My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with students from diverse backgrounds. Over 95% of the population qualifies for free school meals. We are a Title 1 school. My classroom consists of special needs students, who put their best food forward everyday.

My third graders are eager to learn,and deserve quality

materials.With differentiated learning needs, having the right materials and resources is key.

Each students is unique, and has different learning styles.

We deserves quality resources and experiences that will shape their future. Being that we are a Title I school, however, it’s often a challenge to find funding to purchase materials and resources. Basic classroom supplies and technology are in high demand in our school. Our students deserve to experience high-quality education and resources to nurture their learning experience.

My Project

We are in need of a document camera and markers! Please donate towards our IPEVO V4K Ultra High Definition USB Document Camera (5-880-4-01-00) and Flipchart markers.This document camera will allow me to project ANY material while teaching my class. This universal tool can be used in Math, Reading,Writing, Science, and Social Studies to project student workbooks, read alouds, worksheets, and more.

This document camera will make a difference in student's learning in so many positive ways.

For one, students can see their own work projected on the Promethean board in real time. They also can follow along as I model work or implement guided instruction. The markers will allow me to create anchor charts to support student learning.
