My Students

I would love my student to be exposed to the latest in technology.

My school sits in the heart of Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

Most of my students are Caribbean American. Most of them receive free lunch and have to content with many hardships. While they have exposure to technology they don't see it as a potential career. I want to change that.

My Project

Imagine a group of students who can't see a positive future or let alone any future at all. I envision my students creating objects they imagine. I want them to see them build something that works and feel the satisfaction that come with creating something. I hope this will spark something inside of them. A thought that shows them that more is possible.

America is a place of innovation.

This is where it starts. With young children in school. Teaching them they can build, make and create right from their imagination. Incorporating this with technology is the way of the future and teaching our children how to imagine in a digital world is not only our privilege but our duty.
