My Project

My class has gifted students in grades 6th-8th grade. The reality is as a country we do not spend as much on our gifted students as we do on our special education students. My students are gifted programmers, engineers, actresses, and athletes who are all striving to learn.

3D printers allow them to take their learning to new heights.

My students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in design, creation, and problem solving. It would also help my students who struggle with motivation to learn and foster a love of learning in STEM fields. 3D printing would allow for my students to have customized learning experiences and foster critical thinking and creativity.
